It’s daunting come back to 20+ replies, so I’m dropping ALL welcome post threads.
Honestly, I’ve got the same plot going in like three or four threads at a time, and whist all muses are different, Naruto is still repeating himself a ton.
So instead, I’ll just post opens that can just go whatever way, rather then trying to suit everyone with welcome posts, only having a single line and little plot to work with..

So hyperactiveexorcist, hyxga, kxshina, darklydemented, etoilelux, askjaunearcthatsme, superwomanhinata, whackthemwithsticks, crimsonlipspaintedwithsin, all these threads will now be dropped and no more welcome posts will be done. 
If y'all want to continue roleplaying though seriously shoot me an ask and we can plot! As apology I’ll even do the starter up for us~
