She was quite taken back by the fact that the male didn’t seem to know anything about the famous guild that he was currently stood in, even those from foreign land usually knew about it, yet this blonde had no clue what she was talking about. ❝How do you not know what the Fairy Tail guild is?❞ Pausing for as she shifted her books slightly to even out the weight on each hand a little more before continuing with what she was saying. ❝Fairy Tail is one of the most known guilds, and one of the strongest.❞
❝What’s Fairy Tail like?❞ The young mage repeated after the blonde, a small smile laced her lips as she spoke. ❝Fairy Tail is a very laid back guild, and we only fight if need be. Plus it’s lots of fun to be in this guild, and we are all like a big family.❞ She felt quite proud of what she had said, since she took pride in the guild and all the members. ❝Well it’s nice to meet you Uzumaki, I am Levy McGarden.❞ Her features returned to a confused look as he mentioned a ninja, that seemed to be something silly that Natsu would mention, he always said that he was like a ninja. ❝Of course I don’t look like a ninja, I’m a mage, a wizard that uses Solid Script magic. You’re just as bad as Natsu with your ninja talk.❞
Following the male’s gaze she noticed that he was looking at the request board. ❝This place is somewhere where wizards come, as long as they are in the guild, to find a job, usually you would go on a mission in a party of at least two.❞ Pausing her speech for a moment, she turned her head back to look up at the male. ❝So what magic do you use? what type of wizard are you?❞
「 ℕ」— Naruto didn’t even know where to begin with that. Fairy Tail sounded like a children’s story that was told at night. About pixies, wizards and elves. Something that wouldn’t have even been possible to exist in his world, but here he wouldn’t be surprised if a fairy walked in the door. But what really surprised him was how this was supposed to be the strongest guild. Really? He doubted it. Most seemed so drunk that they couldn’t stand, what good would they be if someone were to attack? He stopped glancing over the other’s shoulder then and focused back on the explanation, trying his best to take in every detail.
Though as she spoke, he couldn’t help but think of Konoha. Whilst similar, it was so different. Sure, they were a family in a sense, but only in squads. Even then there was always the chance of someone dying and connections weren’t advised in case someone weren’t to come back. It was all about missions and ranking, leadership and protection. But here..? It seemed to be the absolute opposite. “A mage?!” He repeated, staring at Levy as if she had three heads. So much for not being surprised.
“Neh.. it’s not just talk, I’m a ninja ‘ttebayo!” He said in protest, a hand reaching up to show off the headband, only to remember it wasn’t there. Hand dropping and lower lip pouting out he let out a sigh. “Levy, I think I’m lost.. like, really lost.” His head was spinning from the new information, and from the conclusion. “I don’t have magic.. I have chakra yaknow.. and it’s wind—” He stopped then, eyes going wide. Instantly his hands joined to form the clone seal. “Kage bushin no jutsu!” The command left his lips, eyes instantly closing and refusing to open, for he felt no shift in chakra and no clone appearing beside him. “Ah.. heh.. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!”
